Massimo Franzese
Director of
RedSolution
Massimo's SAP experience goes back 15 years. He
has gone through the ranks from software developer, up to project manager and
pre-sales thanks to 100% client reference ability and word of mouth about the
projects he delivered. Once becoming one of the top SAP IS Retail and AFS
experts, he decided to change sides and joined a retail business as senior IT
manager and continued up to IT director in his next assignment.
At that
point he felt he needed to expand his horizon and went off to implement Oracle,
Microsoft and other vendors solution and even managed a real estate development
project to prove his problem solving skills can be applied to any business
issue.
Massimo had already experimented the same approach in his career
managing directly teams of consultants reporting to him and when Richard (CEO
Red Commerce) proposed for him to start up the consulting arm of Red Commerce,
RedSolution, this was well in line with Massimo’s beliefs.
In addition to
SAP and IT skills, Massimo is a Prince, ITIL, MSP certified and former PMI
member. He also holds an MBA from Warwick University in addition to a higher
degree in Electronics from the University of Pisa.
Massimo has been a
keen rower and won gold and silver medals at the Italian University
Championships and now teaches scuba diving in a leading club in London over
weekends.
Piotr Wisniewski
RedSolution Project Manager
Piotr is a senior SAP
project manager successfully leading multi-national teams in different
countries.
With over 14 years of SAP implementation experience and a
track record of over 20 successfully delivered SAP projects for leading
international and national firms in 14 different countries in Western, Central
and Eastern Europe and Asia, supporting large organisations in the consumer
goods, automotive and oil & gas industry sectors. Piotr is equally respected
as advisor on SAP implementation strategy (SC Johnson, INA, Carlsberg) and
quality reviewer on large SAP projects (TNK-BP, Novartis).
Before
joining Red Commerce, Piotr worked for companies like Deloitte, Raab Karcher and
Renault. Piotr holds a PhD degree in Manufacturing and an MSc degree in Computer
Sciences from the Dresden University of Technology.
Piotr is fluent in
English, German, French and Polish (native) and has good Russian language
skills.
Swimming and skiing are his preferred leisure
activities.
Russell Senior
RedSolution Project Manager
An experienced SAP Project Manager and Consultant, he has successfully undertaken both project and team leading roles in ten plus major SAP implementations and as well as other IT projects for well-known organizations, including FTSE 100 and Global Market Leading Companies.
Russell has significant experience of consulting with and coaching of client business personnel in IT implementation activities to facilitate the achievement of business benefits.
The previous roles he has undertaken include Project manager, SAP Architect, Business Manager, Implementation Team Leader in addition to multiple financial consulting roles.
Russell has more than twenty five-years’ experience in business and industry, the last eighteen years directly involved in SAP implementations, Fifteen of these years having been spent with Tier 1 SAP Consulting Organisations namely, EDS, Deloitte and Touche and IBM.
Russell‘s previous experience includes senior managerial roles in Finance and Accounting with initial experience in production planning and control.
Russell has experience of multiple industries, which encompass Automotive and Distribution, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, and Media sectors
