Overall responsibility: identifying and developing new business opportunities, account management and delivery into Red’s Pan-European client base

Roles & Responsibilities include:
• Identification and qualification of client requirements
• Qualification of candidates prior to submission
• Qualifying and following up generated leads
• Client and candidate network development
• Account development and management
• Increasing client base and sales count
• Proactively selling Red’s range of recruitment solutions
• Identifying and promoting cross-selling opportunites
• Meeting candidates
• Client visits (UK & Europe)
