Specification: Practice Manager
Overall responsibility: to manage and develop a team of recruitment consultants, working with senior management to ensure effective delivery and over-achievement of targets. Red’s Practice Managers add significant value to the organisation, set an example in personal billings and are responsible for the continuous coaching and development of the team.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing and mentoring Recruitment Consultants and Candidate Resourcers
- Leading by example in personal billings
- Maximising business and cross selling other Red Commerce offerings
- Agreeing and setting weekly, monthly and annual targets with the team
- Prioritising and allocating delivery resource to open requirements
- Ensuring full distribution of candidates and clients amongst the team and the business
- Supporting team members on client visits
- Working closely with other Practice Managers and the senior management team
