*Program Manager position is leadership position, responsible for overall program delivery, with accountability to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.
*The various dimensions of this role are Delivery Excellence, Financial management, Customer Management and People centric responsibilities.
*To manage global delivery across multiple technology tracks including and not limited to SAP, J2EE, MS .NET Application development and support for the overall program.
*To lead and manage a global initiative to standardise SAP environment across functions and regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
*Managing and mentoring a team of 100+ resources in global delivery model along with the Offshore Delivery Manager.
*Responsible for overall quality of all projects to ensure that the delivery is as per requirements in terms of timelines and quality.
*To deliver proactive proposals, responding to RFPs and ensure new and repeat business.
*Day to day responsibility for managing the onshore team and be the primary liaison with client stakeholders and managers.
*Establish strategic and effective relationships at CXO levels, with client's organisation.
*Managing the costs & risks associated with the program, so as to come within budget & time lines.
*Meeting the Gross margin and operating margin targets as defined for the account.
*Acting as the communications conduit to IT Director, CIO and program steering committee
and conduct quarterly and monthly briefings/status updates.
*Conflict resolution across teams with no direct reporting.
*Financial Management responsibilities include the payment of invoices submitted to customer on time and resolving any issues thereof.
*Accountable for the performance and development of team to support an environment for employee development through training, mentoring and motivating sub-ordinates and mapping employee aspirations.
