Job profile
§ Business requirements gathering and ability to conduct workshop.
§ To liaison between Internal & External technical team to analyze, communicate and validate functional requirements
§ Proactively identifying, communicating and validating project requirements; freezing scope; do feasibility check and identifying gaps.
§ Design and configuration experience in IS Banking Deposits Management or Accounts Management.
§ Solution design for Migration Strategy and provide design specifications for migration objects [ MANDATORY]
§ Amendment of SAP Deposit Management where standard functions are not sufficient to fulfill the functional requirements
§ Customizing experience for Current accounts; Deposit Accounts in foreign currencies according to functional requirement.
§ Configuration using Product Configurator
§ Hands on design, configuration, data conversion, data migration, testing and cutover activities
§ Handle integration aspects related to upstream source systems and downstream Finance and Risk reporting system.
Candidate Profile
1) Implementation Experience:
§ Prior exposure in handling projects in various modules in a consulting role for SAP in the IT industry.
§ Should have handled projects in the SAP IS Banking domain in a consulting role for SAP IS Banking projects.
§ Complete life cycle experience of SAP projects from requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing and data migration to production and operational support
§ Experience of core banking projects in the Financial Services Sector including:
o Hands on design, configuration, data conversion, testing and cutover experience in Deposits Management or Accounts Management.
o Customizing experience for Current accounts ; Deposit Accounts in foreign currencies according to functional concept
o Integration experience with upstream source systems and downstream Finance and Risk reporting systems
2) Business Experience:
§ In-depth consulting skills, banking business knowledge.
o Experienced through project work or line roles in the following areas of :
i) Current Accounts
ii) Deposits accounts
iii) Management of conditions and charges and cards management
3) General:
§ At least one full life cycle implementation in a consulting role
§ Good working knowledge of an accelerated SAP implementation methodology or equivalent.
§ Fluent written and verbal English skills and excellent communication skills.
§ Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams and experience in implementing multi-country or global SAP projects will be added advantage.
