The strategic importance of BI continues to grow even in difficult economic times. Red Commerce's Recruitment Agency practice continues to receive more demand in this area than any other single functional domain within SAP. This has led Red Commerce to the conclusion that it needs to recruit specialists in this area to work directly for its consulting arm RedSolution to help it to develop advisory and consulting services in this field and to undertake project work by managing its consultants, associates and freelancers. RedSolution is establishing an international in-house capability to respond to this ongoing demand and to strengthen its current service to the market and to create new services too.
Managing & Senior Consultants SAP Business Intelligence
Your task:
As a managing/senior consultant in the area of BI. You will be working on core topics related to this functional area and this will be on an international basis
- you will lead in responsible positions international projects and assignments
- you will analyze clients' requirements and issues and provide strategic advice and guidance
- you will support Red Commerce's general business activities and account development activity
- you will inform and conduct knowledge transfer and advice to Red Commerce's employees
- undertake specific consulting assignments yourself
- build service offerings and propositions to take to market
- undertake and support business development and sales activities
- Additional consulting topics are system architecture and/or, project leadership
As part of a client focused company, you will have direct and immediate client contact either as part of a consulting team or as an acknowledged expert. You are working internationally for multinational companies. You will dedicate part of your time for development and conceptual improvement of our methods, tools and consulting offerings for implementing BI.
Your profile:
*You have gained practical experience in one/several of the following areas around SAP: Process and Data design and optimization, Blueprint definition, System/Solution Architecture and Design, Configuration, Deployment, data migration.
*You will have a proven track record and a network of relationships and contacts
*You have several years of experience with BI & IM and in implementing SAP internationally
*Ideally you have experience in the business object product stack
*You have a university degree or equivalent qualification
*You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
*You are committed, creative and are able to work independently as well as in a team
*You are available to extensive international travel
*You are comfortable working in large, multinational environments and you are receptive to client needs
*You can inspire and convince others; you build naturally long term relationships based on trust / expertise
*You must be an EU passport holder or have the right to work and travel in the entire EU for this role.
*You are fluent in English have a convincing and efficient communication style and will ideally speak at least one other language fluently, preferably German
