
Job Responsibilities:
Lead complex engagements collaborates with Partners to oversee, develop and implement strategies and plans for strategic transformation of client IT operations
Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business case for large scale IT transformations
Implement and deliver new Capabilities (processes, organisations and technology) in our client s IT organisations
Develop innovative thought ware and new service offerings
Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development.
Attract new clients, expand existing client relationships, develop new business and generate new revenue
Build advisory relationships with senior client business and IT executives
Supervise junior team leaders
Qualities, Experience, and Skills
Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4
Ability to help clients solve problems that deal with business strategies, information requirements, process, organisation and technology
Well versed in working with clients, reviewing their business requirements, and suggesting process improvements.
Delivery and Business development profile in business transformation; multiple large, complex consulting projects.
Experience should include multiple full life cycle implementation experiences throughout all phases of the solution delivery implementation life cycle.
A leader and key contributor in project management of large implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional Areas
In depth knowledge of standard implementation methodologies and key deliver ables
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
Bachelor s degree is required, prefer MBA
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to travel 4 days a week
