Salesforce.com Technical lead
My international dynamic market leading client can offer the opportunity to be involved in some of the most cutting edge technologies to date.
Responsible for understanding & analyzing the Business Requirements, Should be hands-on technically in SFDC application configuration and customization, design and architect the solution as needed.
Key Expectations:
* Must possess very strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, Java Technology, architecture and framework.
* Must have strong experience in designing the CRM solution using the Java technology
* Must have experience in leading the team in designing and architecting the solution using Java & related technologies.
* Excellent problem solving, proactive thinking, analytical, and programming skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
* CRM domain knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent documentation skills - Design solutions, Technical designs, etc.
At least 24 months of hands on SFDC implementation experience.
Should be well versed with all modules of SFDC implementation aspects
Should be Dev 401 and 501 Salesforce.com certified.
