SAP functional consultant - MM/WM
Should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP
- Should have excellent functional understanding MM/WM module.
- Should be conversant with English
- Should have good understanding of cross functions - Variant configuration (VC), PLM and document management system.
- Exposure to other logistics functions - PP, PM, SD or CS will be an added advantage
- Exposure to integration with other modules will be an added advantage
- Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges
- In depth knowledge of different sub-processes in MM and WM functions.
- Should have worked on highly customised solutions
- Having hands-on experience in the following ABAP topics or concepts
o Interfaces includes ALE/Idoc , EDI, along with third party interface tools
o Complex User enhancements /Screen Exits / routines in MM and WM modules
o Good technical understanding of ABAP and other technical concepts
- Proven direct client interfacing
- Experience in Large client engagements with proven design solutions to complex developments
- Experience in SAP support engagements is desirable.
- Experience in different MM and WM functions for a manufacturing industry is desirable.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for the functionality that is in the system
- Create solution proposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track
- Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP.
- Able to lead a team mentor the team and manage deliverables for the team.
- Orientation to quality and ITIL processes and adherence to the project processes is desirable.
