This multinational retailer is rolling out their SAP solution in Europe. part of this will be the implementation of CRM and they are looking for an experienced consultant who will manage this from design phase onwards.
A prestigious organisation and similarly prestigious job. You will be working on the implementation and subsequently the European roll outs. You will be responsible for aligning business processes and CRM SAP functionalities. You will be proficient in customising various CRM functionalities such as CIC.
You will be reporting directly to the competence manager and you can work on a high level of autonomously.
Required;
Excellent command of English written and oral
Higher vocational education or academic
minimum 4 years SAP CRM experience
Strong negotiation skills
