
Informatica Project Manager
The Project Manager of Central Data Integration Layer (CDIL) has primary responsibility for managing the IT part of the program related to the flows of data between the different components of the solution - ranging from the feed of the general accounting module to the feed of the consolidation module- as well as the inbound and outbound flows with the countries legacy systems.
This Project Manager will be responsible for project management, budget, technical and managerial responsibilities associated with the implementation of the solutions. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for establishing and executing the implementation planning through extensive coordination with all contributors to the projects such as architects, experts, external providers as well as the program s management team.
The manager will report to the management of the supply team of the program with interaction with the rest of group managers.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out all phase of the project life circle, from the general design to the deployment
Recruit, manage and assist internal / external analysts and developers on shore / off shore (India)
Ensure the achievement of the projects delivery in respect of the agreed timeframe, budget, specifications and quality
Analyse risks and set-up appropriate mitigation plan
Manage the relationship with the contractors assisting in the implementation process
Follow-up projects progress, produce a progress report
Evaluate on a yearly basis the performance of each project member of the project team
Participate to the extension of offering on Data Interation Layer
REQUIRED SKILLS
Professional and technical skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in management of projects with Informatica PowerCenter in the context of large international projects
Good technical background on Informatica PowerCenter, both batch and real time flows
Good knowledge of the Informatica PowerCenter connector with SAP ECC and SAP BW
Successful experiences in the direct management of a project team (10 people)
Experience in working alongside external providers and offshore teams
Very good knowledge of the practices regarding project management, CMMI requirements, and mastering of projects life cycle
Minimum functional knowledge of insurance industry and Finance business line (accountings, management control, financial reporting)
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
