My client is a global leader in the retail sector with offices located across 4 continents. They are currently seeking a SAP FICO trainer to meet the requirements of the company.
Description of Role:
Responsible for the development of new and refinement of existing training documentation for FICO.
Responsible for the development of new and refinement of existing training documentation for BW / BO.
Linking up with the BW and FICO teams regarding all training requirements.
Delivering classroom training of the above as required.
Assisting with Training Needs Analysis to identify the structure of training; considering impact of change and the needs of the candidates.
Involvement from a training aspect in other IT projects as required.
Working in conjunction with project team members, support consultants and business users to assist with development and delivery of training.
Work closely with the Brands to assist with the development and support of key business personnel.
Requirements:
The successful candidate needs to:
Have a good understanding of FICO such as AP / AR / GL/ CO integration
Preferably part qualified CIMA / ACCA
SAP / ERP system implementation experience
Have undertaken a Training Needs Analysis
Be experienced in developing, maintaining and reviewing training materials
Be capable of delivering End User training sessions (classroom, One to One, E-Learning etc.)
Be willing to learn other IT systems as required
Preferred - A good understanding of BW, however this can be trained in-house
Preferred - E-Learning training content development experience (preferably Kallidus)
