In the role of Change Manager you will be responsible for:
* The Change Manager works to drive faster, greater utilisation and proficiency on the changes impacting the organisation such as expected business results are achieved.
* Ensure a consistent change management approach is in place whatever the process deployed
* Monitor the change management roll-out kit delivery and the competency transfer toward local deployment team & helpdesk
* Participate to the change management within People In'
* Develop Change Management deliverables (Communication plan, Training plan, Support), Gap analysis, User Guides
* Promote and communicate on the overall program
* Propose ready to use change methodologies and tools so that local change relays focus on localisation
* Being able to address a wide diversity of People Management practices and maturity
* Being able to monitor a cascading approach
* Internal reorganisation in progress
* Assess the overall organisation affected by the change
* Identify the impact of the change organisation
* Design the local deployment team on boarding plan
* Design the change roll-out kit content (overall impacts on the organisation, training plan and supports, communication kits)
* Monitor the change roll-out kit deployment within pilot sites
In order to secure an interview your experience will need to include:
* A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
* Communication expertise
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
* Experience with large-scale organisational change effort
* Understanding of HRIS and/or ERP implementation projects
* Must be a good team player and able to work with and through others
* Team management
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal
* Excellent active listening skills
* Leadership
