In the role of Change Management Consultant you will be responsible for:
* Support the definition of the target operating model together with local HR and business partners.
* Participate in the To be Processes implementation by defining the redeployment of staff, when applicable, in the country.
* Organize regular communications on program status (context, key milestones, next phases) based on the Communications Plan.
* Organize and support training organization
Your Key Activities will be:
* Define local strategy for:
o Local Change Management
o Local communication
o Local Training
* Perform Impact Analysis & propose HR dimension of target operating model, working closely with HR local manager
* Work with the heads of all work streams to adapt Core templates: training, communication, organization design requirements, and strategies.
* Define a Communication Plan to effectively disseminate key messages and implement this plan
* Give support to define local training strategy and Analyze Training Needs
* Coordinate the creation of training material and to determine which key messages need
to be communicated together with stream leads
* Plan and execute communication events and processes
* Collect and follow up on any communications feedback
* Provide status, risks & issues and feedback from the filed to Central team
In order to secure an interview your experience will need to include:
* Experience in Designing and Implementing Change Management Activities
* Ability to manage and deliver
* Ability to communicate with many different publics & negotiate
* Problem solver
* Ability to work in project mode in a multinational environment
* English & Spanish fluent
