SAP Business Analyst HR (f/m) to support our SAP Competence Center.
Your future tasks
*Support of SAP roll-out projects worldwide
*Support of creation and development of groupwide process templates
*Customizing of processes and interfaces; conduct related test scenarios
*Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
*Design and conduct training programs
*Regularly provide a support to end-users
Our expectations of you
*Degree in a business or technical field
*Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes
*Demonstrated professional experience in SAP peripherals (R/3, mySAP etc.) in an international industrial enterprise, preferably with several successful SAP implementations
*Very good knowledge in HR module (customising as well as business processes areas) with an emphasis on payroll and time evaluation
*Knowledge of the interfaces within SAP architecture as well as to connected external systems
*Good knowledge in CRM, SCM, BW and SEM is an advantage
*Very good English language skills
*German and Russian language skills would be an advantage
*High analytical, communicative and organizational skills
*Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation
*Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects worldwide
*Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation
*Willingness to regularly provide a support to end-users
*Willingness to travel
