In addition, the individual would also need to integrate (XI / PI) with the project teams to understand requirements, dates and key activities consequently assisting the build Manager on estimates for the build activities in the process areas assigned.
The individual will be accountable for the following but not limited to:
* Assists with mobilization of Build Analyst resources in near and off-shore locations required to execute the build activities
* Produces key deliverables for team members and review progress
* Reviews functional designs with Functional Analysts and Developers during transitions (FD from Design Centre to Development Centre)
* Monitors work assigned to the Delivery Centre Team as well as development centre
* Researches, recommends and reviews technical solutions
* Definition and maintenance of build inventories for tracking of progress, management of build through test and resolution of issues affecting other areas of the project.
* Works with Project Manager and the Run vendor on project and enhancements packaging and build management
* Provides status to the Build Manager/Project Manager
* Responsible for supporting the life cycle of the Solution build ensuring appropriate staffing levels - from Analyze through Build activities as well as change requests including associated deliverables
The suitable candidate must have experience in the following:
* Strong SAP delivery and systems development and build process knowledge
* SAP Netweaver XI / PI Technical knowledge
* SAP Functional Knowledge and SAP configuration skills in any SAP module
* Ability to identify options to enhance SAP standard functionality e.g. User Exits when appropriate
* Management best practice for SAP configuration and deployment
* Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
* Ability to create excellent working relationships within ES - specifically Projects, Application Support and the non-SAP application owners
Preference would be shown to candidate(s) with
* Proven systems delivery and/or design knowledge in more than one SAP module
* SAP implementation experiences at least 2 full life cycle SAP projects with global footprint
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
