Our Client is seeking a SAP BI / BW Support Specialist who will have the responsibility for the SAP BW/BI Software Support & Services within the SAP applications. They support the SAP applications in line with client requirements whilst adhering to ITIL methodology.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in some, but preferably all of the points below:
Support experience within SAP BI / BW
Point of contact for specialist area
Familiar with the products being supported and is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert within their area of expertise
Have knowledge of competitor s products and are up to date with releases from existing suppliers
Liaises with 3rd parties on issue resolution as required
Knowledge of SAP ECC6, SAP SRM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP XI/PI, ABAP Programming & Basis Activities
This role is based in a fixed location and with on travel.
