Our Global Client is currently running a program which will roll out SAP to 56 countries globally. The aim of the program is to implement a global solution that will support most business processes such as sales, finance, manufacturing, procurement, HR and logistics.
To help with this, our client is therefore looking for an experienced and energetic person with a profound understanding of SAP APO SNP / PP DS planning and scheduling concepts and tools to develop and govern the present Direct Material Purchasing Procure to Pay Process.
The suitable candidate must have experience in the following:
Mandatory Skillset to have:
*Profound understanding of APO SNP / PP DS planning and scheduling concepts and tools
*Minimum of 3+ years experience
*Experience in setting up and monitoring the core interface
*Profound understanding of R/3 execution processes which impact planning in APO and vice/versa
*Knowledge in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Good communication skills in text and graphics
*Strong ability with project documentation
*Experiences on how to manage changes in processes, organisation
*Ability to lead cross functional and cross cultural teams and generate process agreement
Nice to have Skillset
*Able and willing to travel as required - Due to the global rollout
*Excellent networking and cross-cultural communication skills
*Demand Flow, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Supply Chain process and operations skills
*Process and database modelling, understanding and experience
*Ability to work in an international environment
*High process and quality orientation
