My client Based in Zurich are looking for a experienced ABAP Developer to join their expanding team.
Role:
Develop programs to support the project and operational tasks using mainly ABAP 4 and OO programming languages across many SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, WM, QM, BI, SEM, BPS) and other external systems surrounding SAP;
Work with the project team members in defining, specifying and documenting programming specifications; Develop and deploy new business applications based upon the approved specifications, including unit and integration testing; Provide support and maintenance of existing ABAP programs and other interfaces; System performance monitoring and tuning;
Some SAP System administration and basis tasks
A minimum of 3 years experience of development experience in SAP;
Strong ABAP skills in core Modules: MM, SD, FICO, WM, BI (including BW extractors);
Able to define and code conversions and interfaces using LSMW, BAPI, IDOC, BDC and use transactions update methods; Able to write and maintain the technical and support documentation related to the developed solutions; High standards: accuracy, takes initiatives, multi-tasking, meets deadlines, excellent analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities; Flexible, agile and adaptive to change. Able to work under pressure, resilient, excellent problem solving and decision-making skills; Willing to learn and develop (new systems, tasks, responsibilities) and stay updated of new technologies; Team player, willing to work and integrate a fast moving and international environment, feel at ease in a Matrix organisation;
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ideal would be:
Experience with other programming languages: VB, C, C++, Java, XML, HTML, MSSQL and Oracle SQL;
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, SAP NetWeaver 2004s or BI 7Experience in designing Business Server pages / Web Applications in HTMLB; Web Dynpro and Web Services design
