Overview:
To manage and develop one of our sales teams - working with senior management to ensure effective delivery and over-achievement of targets. Our Team Leaders add significant value to the team, set an example in own personal billings and ensure the continuous coaching and development of the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To lead and develop the team
- Coach and Mentor Sales consultants and Resourcers
- Lead by example in personal billings
- Maximising business and cross selling other Red Commerce offerings where possible
- Agreeing and setting weekly, monthly and annual targets with the team
- Prioritising and allocating resource to open requirements
- Ensure full distribution of candidates and clients amongst the team and the business
