If you're looking to find out more about the latest developments in SAP solutions and are keen to network with other SAP professionals on the continent, then you could register yourself or your entire team for a trip to the Madrid SAPPHIRE NOW event.
Held between November 8th and 10th, it offers insights and opportunities to drive business results by introducing you to a range of new technological developments, as well providing you with advice on how to make your operations run smoothly.
Primarily open to senior executives, business managers and decision makers, by attending this three-day event you can network with the entire SAP ecosystem from around the European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) countries.
Tuesday November 8th opens the event with opportunities to meet the speakers, attend interactive stations and select lecture theatre presentations throughout your Spanish stay. Later in the evening there will be the SAP TechEd Demo Jam and Welcome Reception, where you can get a thorough introduction to this year's conference and its prestigious speakers.
This leads you into day two, where co-chief executive officer of SAP AG Jim Hagemann Snabe will take centre stage and tell you where exactly the company sees its solutions taking businesses in the next year, while explaining what developments you should be keeping your eye on.
Wednesday sees lots more presentations from the hundreds of exhibitors, all keen to share with you the latest SAP solutions and how you can use them in your business.
You will also get the opportunity to explore the four SAP Technology Innovation Campuses. These are the Business Analytics, Mobility, Run Better and Technology Innovation sites and aim to show you how to get ahead of the competition, use innovative techniques and ultimately increase the profitability of your business.
When you visit these sites you can join in on a range of theatre presentations, discussion panels and micro-forums, depending on what you're most interested in. You can even meet one-on-one with SAP experts to explore how an individual solution could help address any business challenges you are experiencing back in the UK. If you like what you hear you can then test-drive the applications to get a feel for the software and how you might want to implement it.
The final day of the Madrid SAPPHIRE NOW event will keep you equally as busy. In the morning you can hear from Vishal Sikka, executive SAP board member of technology and innovation, to learn about how SAP are trying to solve business problems using dynamic and efficient IT software and applications.
You'll also get the chance to quiz executive SAP staff about their opinions of solutions, as well meeting other customers to hear their feedback and views on implementing SAP solutions.
After a busy three days you can enjoy some entertainment in the evening with the Celebration Night concert (people are still talking about Duran Duran from last year), which gives you a great opportunity to relax and even keep networking - if you still have the energy.
