Opinions expressed on Red Commerce Blogs are those of the respective contributing user only. These views do not represent those of Red Commerce Limited, its management or employees except where an employee of Red Commerce is writing within an approved Red Commerce profile. Red Commerce Limited is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for content and comments contributed to Red Commerce Blog Section by Red Commerce Blog registered users.

Red Commerce Blog users agree that comments and images posted on the Blog will not defame, compromise the trade secrets or violate the copyright or other intellectual property rights of ourselves or any third party. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Red Commerce Limited harmless from any claims, losses or liabilities based on a violation of the foregoing representation.

Bloggers writing on the Red Commerce Blog are writing as individuals and the views expressed do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of the company or business that they work for.

Red Commerce Limited does not allow the addition of anonymous comments. Each user posting to a Blog understands that the Blog post/comment can be traced to their specific user account containing their email address, user name, date and time of sign up and IP address at date and time of sign up to the Red Commerce Blog section and website.    

By posting comments on the Red Commerce Blog Section you agree to allow the content to be re-used or quoted by Red Commerce Limited without notification and you agree to grant us a non-exclusive licence to use any comments and to edit, alter, reproduce, publish and/or distribute the material contained in your comments. This licence will be free of charge, perpetual and capable of sub-licence. We may exercise all copyright and publicity rights in the material contained in your comments in all jurisdictions, to their full extent and for the full period for which any such rights exist in that material.

By signing up and providing your details to comment or join the discussions on the Red Commerce Blog you allow us to use the data you provide in accordance with our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Users sometimes include references to other websites beyond the control of Red Commerce Limited. As such Red Commerce Limited cannot be held responsible for the content, nature or availability of such websites

 We will delete anything Red Commerce Limited deems to be: discriminatory on the grounds of race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, obscene, offensive, inflammatory, harassing, promoting of any unlawful or criminal act or that is defamatory about ourselves, our Bloggers and the users who post comments to the Blog.

We will delete anything Red Commerce Limited deems to be an impersonation of any person, or misrepresentative of a user's identity or affiliation with any person or organisation, or gives the impression that the post emanates from Red Commerce Limited if that is not the case.

 We will also delete anything Red Commerce Limited deems to be advertising. The Red Commerce Blog section is designed to provide an online forum for discussion for our users, not as a means for advertisers or users to promote their websites or products. Red Commerce Limited editors will decide what is acceptable or not on a case by case basis.

When we consider that a breach of these terms and conditions has occurred, Red Commerce Limited editors reserve the right to take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions constitutes a material breach of the terms on which you are permitted to post comments, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Blog
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any comment already posted on the Blog
  • Issue of a warning to you
  • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach
  • Further legal action against you
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law

Red Commerce Limited excludes liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of these terms. The actions described above are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

 Red Commerce Limited reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.
